As a client/patient, you will be referred to Equilibrium Movement by your medical practitioner for exercise. An example of some of the conditions you may be referred for:

- Neurological Conditions, including MS & Parkinson’s
- Musculoskeletal Conditions
- Dementia Related Conditions
- Hypo/Hyperthyroidism
- Fibromyalgia
- Mental Health Conditions, Stress, Anxiety, Schizophrenia
- Substance Abuse
- Obesity
- Coronary Heart Disease

Your programme is tailored and designed to your specific goals, with a focus on the main source, being your specified condition and/or comorbidity.
One-to-one sessions enable you to work closely with myself, making it possible to adapt and modify exercises to suit your specific needs to achieve them to their fullest potential.
You will be trained by myself, as an advanced instructor who can coordinate, manage and deliver specialist exercise sessions for clients with specific controlled conditions.
